She advocates for them to embody a range of qualities including compassion, love, knowledge, safety, and taking ownership of their professional practice In addition, she emphasizes the importance of being a role model, urging them to embody the type of nurse they would want as a colleague or to take care of them or their relatives during their most vulnerable  moments.

Kimako, a devoted nurse with over 25 years of experience, finds immense joy in her profession. She firmly believes that it is her divine calling to offer assistance during people's most vulnerable moments. Her unwavering passion lies in creating equal opportunities for all and inspiring fellow nurses to constantly improve and reach their full potential. Kimako's ultimate goal as a nurse has been to deliver exceptional, compassionate, and loving care, recognizing the inherent worth of every individual as a human being. Recently, she received a remarkable blessing from above—the opportunity to extend the blessings bestowed upon her through Heart & Soul Nursing and Consulting, LLC.
